Leef Up stands committed to doing our part to overcome COVID-19. The health and safety of our staff and customers are paramount in every aspect of our business, so we have taken extra care to sanitize and disinfect our facilities. Our retail store is cleaned and disinfected several times per day and all staff and customers are required to wear face coverings.

We remain 100% operational and ready to dispatch our daily orders. While we are doing our best to maintain our order processing and dispatch schedule, due to COVID-19, you may experience delays by shipping carriers, once your order has shipped.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday excluding US holidays. Every attempt is made to ship your order in a timely manner. Orders placed on Sunday are processed and shipped out the following business day (excluding US holidays). We currently offer the following shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $150 and above are shipped for free. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and are typically delivered between 3 and 4 days (excluding Sundays) from the time the order is shipped. Please note shipping times noted above are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed delivery please select UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Overnight as your shipping method.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping: Orders below $150 are charged a flat rate of $10. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and are typically delivered between 3 and 4 days (excluding Sundays) from the time the order is shipped. Please note shipping times noted above are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed delivery please select UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Overnight as your shipping method.

Next Day Delivery: We offer next day delivery to anywhere in the contiguous United States via UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Overnight (next day delivery may not be available in certain locations). Orders are received the following business day after they are shipped. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We offer reasonable and competitively priced shipping to most countries around the world. International clients are fully responsible for duty, taxes and any importation fees that may apply. If you are unsure of any duties, taxes or importation fees that may apply, please check with the destination country prior to placing your order. International shipping charges and any fees such as brokerage fees, duty, tax, or VAT will not be refunded in the event of a return.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers can choose from DHL or UPS Express shipping. Delivery options range from 3-7 days but could be longer for more remote areas. Deliveries may be delayed due to customs and additional security safeguards imposed by the destination country.

GENERAL

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be sure to carefully select your shipping options at the time of purchase. If you do not receive your order in the expected shipping time listed above, please contact customer support at 561-899-8891or email us at info@leefup.com.

Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment e-mail, your order was shipped in more than one package.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking notification at the email or phone number you provided. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact customer support or email us at info@leefup.com

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Leef UP, we are 100% confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Our client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. As such, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return your unworn, unwashed merchandise to us within 14 days of delivery and we will offer you an exchange, credit or full refund.

Returned items must be free from stains, perfumes, or odors of any kind and must have the original tags in place. Items that do not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned at the customer's expense

Each order is accompanied by a form with instructions on how to return merchandise. 

 

REFUNDS

Returned items will be inspected in accordance with our return requirements. Once your refund has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email or text message notifying you that your refund has been processed. Please note refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment and processing times may vary based on your banking institution.
